About Michael Hahn

A highly experienced engineering manager and individual contributor, I develop/drive high-quality solutions for organizations to meet their technical challenges.I started as a circuit designer, moved to logic design, logic validation, tool development, microcode and processor full-chip validation, and SSD failure analysis. My extensive technical background and project management experience provides me with skills to successfully handle a variety of challenges on component or software development.CAREER HIGHLIGHTSI effectively led numerous teams (including international) on development of hardware and software, and to FA of SSDs.My SSD Failure Analysis team was key in supporting launch of Intel's first PCIe Datacenter SSDs. I rebuilt the team twice following disruptive reorgs.I provided significant contributions to development of Intel Xeon processors.Using Agile development techniques, my software development team accelerated the development of generations of x86 microcode.My validation and design teams played a key role in helping launch Intel's first graphics chip, and provided critical support for subsequent integrated graphics chipsets.On the last i486, I led the bus unit and I/O Ring design teams.
