I'm a leading figure in applied behavioral science, with two decades of experience in improving policies and products. I have led organizations and managed rapid growth across several countries for the last ten+ years. My new book, The Hypocrisy Trap (MIT Press, 2025), shows how rethinking hypocrisy can improve our relationships, businesses and politics. I also co-wrote the book Behavioral Insights (MIT Press, 2020). My work has been published in places like the Journal of Public Economics, The Lancet, and Nature Human Behaviour. I'm a keynote speaker at major conferences and high-level seminars. I have a PhD in behavioral economics from Imperial College London and I currently teach at the University of Pennsylvania.
