Armed with the knowledge that an organization can only be as effective as its leadership, I stand as an adept, outcome-driven operations manager with a proven record of outstanding contributions. Following an extensive tenure with the U.S. Air Force—where I directed operations of a high-volume medical center, led Air Force and Joint Services Special Operations teams, various domestic and international training programs—I transitioned to the private sector in 2008, joining the Norfolk Southern Railway as a Trainmaster.
