About Michael Han

Hi! My name is Michael, I am sophomore/rising junior at Le Moyne College currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Risk Management & Insurance. I am also a Division I athlete, representing Le Moyne's Swimming & Diving team, a Resident Advisor, and hopefully an academic tutor for the 2025-2026 academic year! Being an athlete has helped me develop strong work ethic, good time management, and a growth mindset. I also like to engage my brain, not just my body, too. I love to read and watch videos about topics that pique my interest, and in this area I have strong research skills. My success in my academics is represented by my naming on the Dean's list for every semester I have attended thus far, alongside an invitation to join the Alpha Lambda Delta honours society for freshmen who have excelled in academics. I was born and raised in New Zealand, and attended school there throughout my life. Being an international student has taught me to be adaptable to new environments, alongside expanding my worldview.
