My main practice is centred on human capital and regulatory law where I advise a number of the largest insurance and reinsurance, banks and professional services businesses operating offshore. I have particular and significant expertise in multijurisdictional crisis management, corporate, employment and regulatory investigations, complex executive disputes and benefit and incentive programs. I also have a more general practice advising clients on commercial contracts, reinsurance and coverage disputes and shareholder disputes. I strive to give practical advice in a clear manner and tailor my advice to the unique jurisdictional issues that can arise in the offshore environment.
