About Michael Harber

Michael has 18 years of experience as a Program/ Project Manager and Civil Engineer during which time he has excelled at every challenge and developed an impressive resume. Michael has extensive program and project management experience in large range of different road and water infrastructure projects, particularly in the road and rail sectors. He has demonstrated an excellent capacity to apply the core project management disciplines of Cost, Time, Quality, Safety & Risk to a variety of technical applications. Michael also has extensive experience in multi-discipline design management, procurement management and contract administration. He has worked for and with both public and private industry clients. Michael comes from a practical background that gives him excellent skills in developing and implementing logical, efficient and pragmatic solutions. Michael has excellent leadership skills and a great ability to drive a team towards a common goal. He also has an excellent work ethic with the capability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. His most recent experience as the Contract Manager for Queensland Rail’s Rail Infrastructure Program, demonstrates Michael’s ability to deliver projects from inception to completion.
