About Michael Hart

Greetings: My mission is to help people GrowForward to be all they were created to be. Been doing this for a while now. Education is Computer Science (BS) and Human Resource Development / Training & Development (MS). Worked for Chevron, Microsoft, high school teacher, trainer for UTMB and now an instructor for a community college with a few brief stops doing other things in between some of those. My mission is to use a very strategic focus with concrete tactical actions to help people: 1) believe in themselves and find their strengths, 2) strategically focus forward and not on past failures, 3) find the path forward with a solid tactical plan & 4) Get After It with GRIT to create positive, forward momentum toward a bright future. I have written two books on this subject. Most recent is called "The Lions Race"/ ISBN: 9798508511302. This book is written directly to young men ages 15-25 who are in the zone - that place of greatest danger of doing stupid things that have life changing consequences. The book talks about the reality of the world around us, where some land mines lay and provides a solid plan forward toward a bright future. I look forward to talking and working with you.
