Michael is an MBA and a CFA® charterholder with over 15 years of experience in business modelling and corporate finance. Prior to starting FIG VALUE PARTNERS, Michael led the Decision Support and Capital Markets propositions within EY's Financial Services - Business Modelling team. Michael supports his clients in solving complex business issues through financial modelling and data analytic techniques. Michael's expertise includes evaluating corporate development and strategic options (i.e. deals, divestments, joint ventures, market entry, capital allocation, investment appraisal & prioritisation) as well as providing data analytic deal / transaction support. Michael is also very experienced in supporting performance improvement programmes for strategic finance (i.e. financial planning & analysis, benefits tracking and cost reduction, legal entity restructuring) and operational finance (pricing, costing, bid management and working capital cash flow forecasting).
