Currently I work as a channel operations specialist, involving data analytics, fraud prevention and project management. Previously I worked for Apple at European Headquarters as a Senior Technical Support Advisor for all products. The normal technical support role included the following- Supporting Apple customers with their products at senior level throughout the UK and Ireland - Setting up repairs - Handling account security - Handling appeasements - Handling data loss retrieval - Troubleshooting a multitude of software related issues In September 2016 I Completed a Higher Diploma in Cloud Computing and Mobile Software Development, Awarded by Cork Institute of Technology. As part of the course I studied the following subjects- Business Intelligence/Data Analytics - Object Orientated programming with Java - Server Side Web Development with PHP - MySQL Databases - Cisco Networking - Requirements Engineering - Principles of Operating Systems (Using Linux/Ubuntu etc)- Android Mobile Applications Development - Cloud Application Frameworks with Java Spring & Laravel I have become an avid enthusiast with respect to data analytics as a result of completing the aforementioned course, Previously: In 2009 I graduated with an Honors Bachelors Degree in Structural Engineering awarded by Cork Institute of Technology At undergraduate level, I worked as a Civil/Structural Engineering Technician I have had extensive experience in the field of residential planning applications, with respect to preparing drawings, site suitability testing for on-site wastewater treatment systems, site surveys, and all other application related aspects. During this time my specialties included- Auto Cad - Surveying - Site Suitability Assessing for on Site Waste Water Treatment Systems - Residential Planning Applications - Structural Report Writing - Pre-Purchase Surveys
