Passionate, experienced, and proven leader in aviation ready to empower and lead teams to success. I have been recognized throughout my 22 year Air Force career for my technical and operational knowledge, sound judgement, leadership and management. I also graduated Summa Cum Laude from Embry-Riddle with a Bachelor's in Aeronautics. I have a natural ability for process improvement and consistently find better and more cost effective solutions. I always leave things better than when I found them. I have a strong desire for mission accomplishment and perform extremely well under pressure and in fast-paced environments. My ability to tackle challenges head on with courage, resilience, and precision have led to numerous successful projects and programs. I have a passion for people and empowerment through mentorship and professional development. People are the number one resource and I love harnessing and growing their abilities, skills, and leadership. Whether I’m leading or following, I enjoy being part of a team and sharing the success of hard work and dedication with those around me.
