About Michael Heins

I have been both an employer and an employee, so I know what it is like to stand on either side of the boss' desk. With over 3 decades experience in customer service and retail, I have the emotional intelligence and smarts to get the job done in an effective and engaging manner. When I look back at the various positions I've held in the past, customer service is the prominent feature: I have a genuine interest in people and love to hear stories. I'm a cooperative person, not a competitive one and enjoy working with people. I also have a strong creative streak: my experience in film making and writing, web site maintenance, TV production were very enjoyable. As a middle-aged person, the challenge I face is finding roles which can utilize some of my experience and emotional intelligence. I very much look forward to hearing from you :)
