Michael is working as Assistant Marketing Director at PT Surgika Alkesindo, one of the largest healthcare distributors in Indonesia. His career began as Product Manager, and General Manager of Business Development. His success in increasing the company's business growth has made him more trusted by the company. Michael is known for his high energy, creativity, discipline, and results-driven sales & product marketing strategies that consistently produce substantial growth. Michael’s passion for research, marketing, brand, sales, and product development inspired him to create an impactful strategy that focused on client engagement and turning leads into revenue in wherever he works for. Prior to his current position, Michael Hendarman spent more than 4 years in the medical sales & marketing as the principal representative at Germany based company (Country Manager - Heine Optotechnik) & Japanese based company (Senior Marketing - Topcon Medical) which giving him Global experiences and improve his understanding how to adapt various business environment to customer needs, wants, and behavior. Michael also spent 8 years in the entertainment industry as general manager, 3 years in the finance & banking industry as account manager, and 2 years in the big data analytics and strategic marketing consulting as senior business development. He has always succeeded in increasing the company's business growth during his tenure in every company where he worked before. Michael has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Sanata Dharma University and MBA tittle from Gadjah Mada University with a strategic marketing concentration.
