Have managed high profile accounts and projects, improved operations and developed products. Opened twenty operations and sales offices in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, W. Virginia, North Carolina and London, UK. Acquired a NJ real estate license in 2001, focusing on community management since 2006. Entered the property/community management field in the spring of 2006 with Community Management Corporation, Clifton, NJ. I made a steady progression from portfolio property manager to high rise community manager handling one of their flagship accounts, The Hudson Tea Buildings Condominium Association, Inc, a luxury community located along New Jersey's Gold Coast in Hoboken, NJ. In the fall of 2014 joined national property/community management company, FirstService Residential As a member of their Mid-Atlantic Region's High Rise Division was assigned to the luxurious "The Watermark on Hudson" Gold Coast property. In 2016 I joined Taylor Management Company's Gold Rise Division managing high rise and mid rise properties in Hoboken and Jersey City and then assigned to Riva Pointe at Lincoln Harbor in Weehawken, NJ assisting in guiding their association turnaround for eight years. 2025 joined Associa-Community Management as a Director of Capital Improvement Projects for large Co-op Horizon House in Ft. Lee, NJ. Horizon House is a 1266 unit, six building complex on 30 acres.
