About Michael Heraty

I am a business leader who advises executive management and Boards of Directors in effective ways to mitigate business risk, achieve business objectives, and impact organizational success. I have been in the Board room for both Fortune 100 companies as well as a new public company registrant. I thrive on assessing business risks, identifying solutions to mitigate key risks, and working with cross functional teams to implement solutions to achieve business objectives that are critical to business success and meet the needs of executive management and the Board of Directors. I am a strong team builder having experience overseeing both small (e.g, team of five) and large (team of over 100) teams. I have built teams from the ground up to accomplish critical objectives and have also nurtured and grown established teams in more mature business environments, with a focus on professional development and enhancing skill sets across the team to meet the changing needs of the business. Although I am known and respected for my technical skills across various disciplines of finance, what differentiates me from many other finance executives is my ability to communicate and build consensus, when appropriate, across all levels of the organization from the grass roots to the board room.
