A student to the game rather than a master of his craft (for now anyway) Currently, I work as an Inside Sales Leader for Yell Agency, where I lead a team of 14 Sales Consultants, building marketing solutions to support SMEs achieve their business and personal goals! I'm deeply passionate about people development with some of my proudest career moments linked to the support, growth and career progression of some remarkable individuals. Previously, I have worked in Business Development across multiple organisations. I love the challenge of setting up new sales strategies, developing strong plans to enter new markets, executing to a high level and opening up opportunities in new industry verticals. I LOVE Sales. I love helping businesses solve a problem or identify a solution that helps them grow. I love talking about challenges or hurdles people face and working collaboratively to solve it.
