About Michael Hester

Throughout my career, I have taught classes, provided supplemental education and developing adult training programs for a variety of business topics. I have developed and delivered courses, presentations and seminars for thousands of learners utilizing a combination of hands-on instruction with experiential components to ensure the comprehensive application of subject material for all participants. I have the ability to understand and translate complex information for others using strong communication skills and development of learner-friendly materials and tools. My leadership roles have also allowed me to leverage my networking and public speaking skills as I have presented at numerous community events, business conferences and other gatherings. I understand how to identify both students and instructors of high potential and to successfully recruit them. These skills have enabled me to create and implement effective strategies and programs that have boosted learner performance, improved subject retention, increased graduation rates and achieved many other goals.
