About Michael Hill

I am very lucky to have found a job that I am genuinely excited to wake up to each morning and go to work. The territory here in Alaska for Stryker Upper Extremities has gone from one that did less than in shoulder arthroplasty sales in 2018 before I arrived to one that will do over in 2023. I have been fortunate enough to have won President’s Club in 2020, when we were Wright Medical, for finishing #2 in the U.S. for our medium cap category. Since becoming a part of Stryker, the past 2 years have seen me win Grand Champions for finishing #10 in 2021 and #7 in 2022 in the U.S. for our large cap category. I won spiff contests in both 2021 and 2022 for our new Perform humeral stem by finishing #1 in both the West region and #1 overall in the U.S both years. The thing I am most proud of, however, is that I have never once missed a quarterly quota in my 5 years with the company. 20 for 20.
