About Michael Hoch

I am an experienced product development leader with a passion for improving product development capabilities and driving business growth through successful product development programs. I strive to streamline work to improve efficiencies, build and focus the energy of great teams, and measure my actions against the needs of the customer. I am an analytical thinker and enjoy solving complex technical challenges through implementing practical solutions. I foster a collaborative work environment, clearly communicating expectations, and reinforcing these through my actions. I have held individual contributor roles in the development and manufacture of complex Class II and Class medical devices. After transitioning to technical management, I have lead successful cross functional teams in product development, technology development, and root cause analysis issues for fielded product issues. My roles in General Management and Senior Leadership have allowed me to broaden my experience beyond product development to include other functions; business development, operations, supply chain, reliability, regulatory, and compliance. I work well in a fast paced environment and manage change effectively.
