As a National Contract Manager at Aruma, I bring over 20 years of industry experience and expertise in facility management (FM) to deliver successful contract outcomes for social housing and supported independent living residential properties. I have worked with clients such as Ventia, Home in Place Housing, CHL, and O'Donnell and Hanlon, and have overseen the implementation of a head contractor contract for Telstra exchange sites in NSW, QLD, and ACT, including the transition-in of 2500 exchange sites. I am responsible for leading and managing the facility services operations and contract services, ensuring compliance with contract specifications and KPIs, customer engagement and business development initiatives, and financial, quality, risk, and safety management. I am passionate about building and leading high-performing teams, empowering them to deliver exceptional service and value to our customers and stakeholders.
