Hello and welcome to my LinkedIn Page; my name is Michael Hoffa; I am an experienced and passionate educator that has dedicated my life to working with children. With over ten wonderful and glorious years of experience working with children and families of all ages, ethnicities, and backgrounds between preschool and college level, I have had the delightful opportunity to gain a stronger passion, love, understanding, and acceptance along with working with children/families throughout that time. Thankfully, I have become more knowledgeable for the children and families I serve because of all the different experiences I have had and the wonderful people I have met through my career, as well as the experiences I have gained throughout my life. I have learned many skills that will enormously impact the children, families, and staff I interact with in my career. These skills include problem-solving, communication skills, time management, developmental skills, theories, strategies, curriculums, and much more. The one skill that is the most essential skill of all, in my opinion, is the skill of being a better global citizen.
