Advocacy and Strategic Communications: • Developed a complex multi-stakeholder focused strategy across Brussels, Washington, London, Berlin, Paris, Rome, Athens, Ankara and Baku resulting in a European gas export pipeline. • Negotiated a trilateral Intergovernmental Agreement between Italy, Greece and Albania. • Led the political advocacy at Commissioner level for EU regulatory approval for Third Party Access Exemption • Led multiple re-brands on time and in budget. Stakeholder Management, Reputation & Risk: • Designed an engagement programme and Social Impact Assessment across 300 communities, people. • Built relationships with governments and diplomats to manage political and business risk related to permitting, acceptance, and policy in the UK, US, EC, GER, FRA, ITA, GRE, TUR, CIS, & Vietnam. • Secured high-level political support through MOUs and IMAs in the Western Balkans and SE Europe • Managed non-technical risks advisory panels made up of ex-Prime Ministers, Ministers and CEOs. Sustainability and Partnerships: • Designed and executed ($10 -$100m) sustainable development programmes, raised NGO funds ($7m), managed and delivered an international portfolio of projects. • Designed and launched an Enterprise Development Training Programme and Supplier Finance Facility to enhance local content in BP's supply chain with over 1,300 local SMEs trained, over $276 million in contracts secured and the creation of over new jobs. • Winner of multiple BP Helios awards and ‘best practice’ recognition from the IFC & EBRD for innovation and best practice in sustainable development initiatives and procurement processes. • Secured institutional partnerships with think tanks and multiple sectors (IFC, EBRD, KfW, GIZ, Guy Carpenter, Flood Re, GLA, TfL, DFID, USAID, UNGSII, SIAA). • Promoted a sustainability impact assessment technology to assess the impacts of major infrastructure projects in London.
