About Michael Holine

I’m an Industrial Engineering Graduate with a good personality and a good analytical skill to do the job as best as I can wherever I am. Started my professional career as a Business Process Analyst in Automotive Industry for 2 years, I'm very grateful for my first job because it helps me to improve my critical thinking and communication skills through direct communication and coordination with the leaders. During that period of time, I was assigned to complete 3 big projects that previously been delayed for more than 1 year, together with my daily routine to manage policy and procedure standardization. So blessed that through a continuous learning process, I was able to complete the tasks and projects well. In line with the opening of a new subsidiary company of my workplace, I was assigned for a different and a whole new responsibility by my leader. It was an amazing experience to lead and develop a new retail business operations fresh from the begining until we got a significant growth to close our first year corporate performance. Most recently, for the last 2 year, I was assigned to lead a mobility business operation and development, which is also something new for me. I'm thrilled for this good opportunity because I'll always eager to learn new things and develop myself.
