Hi, my name is Michael Holness, and I am a business Excel problem-solver, as well as a writer, programmer and trainer. I try to find the problems that people don’t know can be solved – those time-swallowing things that sometimes, you don’t even identify as problems, because they've just become a part of life. When I provide a solution, it's easy to use, and I try to train everyone so that they can manage future problems as they arise and don't have to call on me for every little change. I love to make stuff efficient, so you don't waste time chasing your tail. I keep nothing to myself, but try to pass on all the secrets that will make life a little bit sweeter. I write and share code, that frees up your time, … I give you buttons or shortcuts – usually in Excel or somewhere you’re comfortable with – that will instantly build the report you need… or produce your mail-out or website… or basically any repetitive or frustrating task. I also train, and the way I do it doesn't only make you, and your staff confident and efficient in the Microsoft Office products, it makes you fall in love with them. I can turn you into an Excel Guru or a desktop publisher in Word, and the benefit of my training is that I can tailor it to suit any organisation or an individual (even at a moment’s notice).
