About Michael Homer

I have worked in the industry for over 17 years. I was a sales representative with the Trade Sector of Ross Products Division, a subsidiary of Abbott Laboratories. I was promoted to a Professional Territory Manager in Cleveland, OH. I then switched to AstraZeneca to become a Respiratory Sales Specialist then transitioned into the Cardiovascular area within that same organization. King Pharmaceuticals had a great opportunity within their newly formed Hospital Division to market a hemostatic agent to hospitals and surgeons. I joined King in February of 2005. I subsequently joined the Management Development Program the following year and obtained a Primary Care District Sales Manager job in Memphis, TN. In October of 2007, the opportunity of Hospital Product Manager presented itself during the company's restructuring. After a phenomenal learning experience in marketing, I have utilized these skills sets to lead my district to a history of strong results while balancing additional responsibilities for the hospital division. I have demonstrated many different leadership competencies during my time with Pfizer Injectables, most recently being named National Sales Director for the Surgical and Anesthesiology Team. The combination of results and experience helped me earn Leadership Excellence Awards in 2004, 2009 and 2011.
