About Michael Huben

Project management professional with over five years of experience delivering internal and client-facing projects across construction and technology environments. I’ve worked owner-side, contractor-side, and in consulting roles, giving me a well-rounded perspective on end-to-end project delivery. My experience includes managing multi-million-dollar construction projects, coordinating cross-functional internal teams, and acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, vendors, and clients. I’m particularly strong in stakeholder communication, scheduling, risk management, and translating project requirements into clear, actionable plans.I’ve led and supported projects ranging from rapid housing developments and infrastructure remediation to enterprise software implementations and data centre builds. Across these roles, I’ve consistently focused on building strong internal alignment, maintaining transparency, and driving projects through to successful delivery.
