About Michael Huber

My most recent role as VP IT Porfolio Management has allowed me to assist the organization, across multiple businesses, to actualize their roadmaps. This gave insight into what, and who, is striving towards the goals set within each area. I have simultaneously served as VP Portfolio Management, RTE for an Enterprise program, Product Owner for two legacy platforms, and Atlassian toolset admin. I have spent most of my career helping organizations increase revenue by implementing outcome driven process. I have helped multiple large organizations design and implement process improvement using Lean techniques, Organizational change management principles, and Agile practices. I bring a broad spectrum of insight into improvement by leveraging a background in financial services, government, lean manufacturing, and software design. An innovative perspective optimizes my approach to strategic, cultural, and tactical application of process improvement for a Kaizen mindset. I have mentored and coached the entire enterprise from Executive management to development teams.
