About Michael Hull

I am a Captain with Jetstar Airways on the Airbus A320 & have been employed by the airline for over 12 years, which has developed subject matter expertise in aviation and transport. I have also previously operated on the Boeing 787. I am expertly skilled in-flight management using project planning/strategy development skills, planning all facets required to navigate safely and efficiently over multiple countries. This requires in depth expertise of leadership/people management with crew flown with & strong communication skill, risk management/mitigation & critical thinking in emergency scenarios under time pressure, aircraft loading with attention to detail, legal flight requirements, meteorology understanding, aircraft/aviation authority systems & multicultural synergy. This has lead to me being hand chosen to operate Airbus A320 delivery flight from Toulouse to Australia. Through covid-19 my workload as a pilot reduced throughout 2020/2021, so I have retrained in data analytics with respect to Excel, Tableau, Power BI & SQL. I am also a trained Cloud Data Fabric professional trained in Zetaris CDF.
