I have a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from California State University-Los Angeles, which helps me understand the needs and preferences of diverse customers and communicate effectively with them. I have strong skills in sales targets, process improvement, and customer relationship management (CRM). In my previous roles as an Internet Sales Manager at Honda of Pasadena and Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills, I handled all Internet sales inquiries, communicated with customers and prospects through various channels, and established and met personal income goals. I also worked with promotion managers to coordinate marketing events and served as a Brand Ambassador for Porsche Drive at Porsche of Downtown LA.
