About Michael Iller

As a senior at Penn State University, majoring in Supply Chain and Information Systems with a minor in Global and International Studies, I am passionate about optimizing logistics operations and creating efficient supply chain solutions. With a track record of success in internships and leadership roles, I thrive in dynamic environments where analytical and strategic skills can be applied to drive process improvements. During my recent internship at Morgan Truck Body, I integrated a Kanban system into an active aluminum warehouse, resulting in increased efficiency in procurement and inventory management. I developed comprehensive guides for warehouse managers to implement similar systems, helping to standardize operations across different locations. I’m experienced in JD Edwards ERP, as well as in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other key platforms that drive operational performance. With a focus on continuous improvement and innovation, I aim to contribute to a company that values strategic thinking, leadership, and a commitment to excellence. My international experience studying abroad in Florence, Italy, has also provided me with a broader understanding of global business dynamics and cross-cultural insights. Currently, I’m looking for full-time opportunities in supply chain management where I can leverage my skills and experience to drive value for a forward-thinking organization.
