I am an experienced Production/Manufacturing Supervisor of 10+ years in lean, high mix high volume production. I have had 10-35 direct reports over my career. I am skilled in organization, planning, lean manufacturing and cross-functional team leadership. I am a strong operations professional working toward a degree focused in Business Administration, Management and Operations. I believe that leadership is a continual growth career path and that growth will come with a mix of experience and relevant education. One of my career achievements was championing a cross-functional team that achieved an eighty percent reduction in scrap in the first three months of the project. After 6 months we achieved over ninety percent reduction and maintained throughout the year. One of my favorite leadership quotes by Max DePree “The first responsibility of a leader is to define reality. The last is to say thank you.
