About Michael Inman

I have over 20 years of experience working on Technology Projects solving critical business problems. I have a background in IT analysis and system design. I have also been the project manager and performed many of the project management tasks needed to successfully implement highly complex technology projects. My background is in IT as well as retirement plan operations. I have been successful at Fidelity because I have been able to mix my knowledge of the business with the ability to communicate effectively with my systems partners. I am currently a Squad Leader for our internal Product Management System. This role allows me to work with many of the great leaders across our organization to bring on new products and services. I have helped to transform my teams to high performing SCRUM teams working side by side with our business partners to implement solutions which solve complex business problems providing high quality business value. I consider myself a servant leader and do whatever I can to support my teams, help resolve issues and ensure they are successful. I have a degree from the University of Phoenix in Information Technology and a Certificate in Project Management from Boston University. I am also a Certified ScrumMaster, Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance and Certified SAFE Agilist.
