With more than 17 years of comprehensive experience in property management, I bring a proven ability to deliver exceptional service and satisfaction to both property owners and residents. Before joining Alliance CAS, I served as Property Manager for Brookfield Properties, overseeing a 335-unit Class A high-rise community. In that role, I managed a large on-site team, directed financial operations, led leasing initiatives, coordinated maintenance efforts, and executed capital projects — ensuring both operational excellence and resident satisfaction. Earlier in my career, as a Property Manager with Avenue5 Residential and Community Manager at Greystar, I successfully built and led high-performing teams. I consistently maintained strong occupancy and retention rates while enhancing the long-term value of the properties I managed. My responsibilities included collaborating with ownership on community initiatives, overseeing annual inspections, and providing detailed financial updates for quarterly board meetings. Beyond the operations, I’ve always been committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents while fostering a collaborative, growth-minded culture for my teams. I pride myself on being adaptable, growth-oriented, and eager to continuously learn.
