I am a Managing Consultant within IBM's Talent Transformation consulting practice with focus on ERP and EAM digital transformation specific to Time Entry, Supply Chain, Portfolio Planning & Project Management, Finance and Accounting and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (SAP S4 HANA). I feel privileged to be tasked with the implementation of technologies that transform ways of working. My experience in business transformation spans retail (QSR), financial services, utilities (gas/water/electric/renewables), automotive, and public sectors. Recognized by business and government leaders as a change practitioner who can set and achieve aggressive adoption targets, execute major reorganizations, and deal with complex leadership, labour and cultural challenges.
