Michael J. Deegan, PCI, CFE is a licensed professional investigator that specializes in civil litigation matters. He has a Bachelor's of Arts from the University of Rhode Island, and a Master's of Science from Michigan Tech. Furthermore, Michael is a veteran of the United States Special Operations Community, and deployed as an elite Army Ranger in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Michael holds the distinction of CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, as well as PCI (Professional Certified Investigator) board certification from the American Society for Industrial Security. In addition to being a certified data recovery expert with experience in computer forensics, Michael also possesses a certification in Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (Debugging), and a certification from the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS). In conjunction with critical evidence gathered, his deposition, arbitration, and courtroom testimony has provided his clients the leverage they need to win their cases. Michael founded Southern Dynamic Investigations, LLC to provide affordable investigative services and consulting to attorneys, entrepreneurs, corporations, and private citizens in need.
