I have extensive experience as a trusted advisor to senior executives and in managing both financial and operational activities for companies such as IBM and the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America, leading to revenue and profitability growth across business units that are worth up to billions of dollars in total revenue. I am experienced in working with matrixed teams and clients and am proficient in using my communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration with colleagues, clients, stakeholders, and all tiers of leadership. I understand the importance of building strong teams and collaborating with various stakeholders to solve problems effectively and produce successful outcomes. I am well versed in financial planning/analysis, budgeting, reporting, forecasting, as well as strategic planning, operational execution, and process improvement. While I have a history of successfully achieving or exceeding assigned financial targets, I especially enjoy roles in which I leverage my finance and operations expertise and creative problem-solving skills to enhance business processes, drive operational excellence, and recommend and implement sound solutions based on business needs.
