I am an antitrust litigator with more than twenty-five years of legal experience in the public and private sectors. I am currently Director of International Antitrust Litigation at CFM Lawyers. I served as an attorney-advisor with Chile's Fiscalía Nacional Económica (National Economic Prosecutor's Office, which is charged with enforcing the country's Competition Act) where I worked on cartel, abuse of dominance and merger matters, as well as various agency policy initiatives. One of my policy recommendations regarding interlocking directorates was enacted into law in Chile in 2016. In addition to my extensive litigation experience, I have also provided antitrust counseling and helped clients through the Hart-Scott-Rodino pre-merger notification process. Over the years, I have worked and presented extensively on competition law in the high tech sector, and I have a keen interest in the institutional design of competition law regimes, particularly in emerging economies.
