Retired from CN Dec. 2010, returned as consultant in early 2011 - most recent projects are related to a web-enabled IT services website and the SAP FI/CO renewal of chart of accounts project (next generation financials). CN past history: Part of the original SAP ERP implementation team at CN implementing purchasing, contract and inventory related solutions across North America as CN acquired the new railroads: GTW, IC, WC, DM & IR, BLE, BC Rail, etc. Latest projects were related to a web-enabled SAP transportation system for managing locomotives and a bulk management solution for CN's ore docks around the Great lakes. Previously managed the application support for legacy inventory/purchasing systems (replaced by SAP), worked in operations of major warehousing, purchasing groups, of note locomotive fuel. Specialties: Change management, training material development & delivery, site assessment and deployment, SAP ERP MM focus on material masters, inventory management (some WM), warehousing operations, purchasing, contracts, etc. Microsoft Office applications, Oracle's User Productivity Kit (formerly 'On Demand' by GKS). MS SharePoint, and Oracle's Quality Center 10.0 testing tools. Preferred areas: site assesments, deployement activities, training & development, proof of concept and testing.
