Mr. Rossini has over 30 years of experience in the Consulting Engineering Industry, and has managed and engineered a wide variety of projects for higher educational, industrial, biotechnology, mission critical, commercial, airport and health care clients. These projects have been a compilation of traditional "Bid-Build", fast track, LEAN and Contractor/CM driven design/build and accelerated design assist type assignments and have included the development of requests for proposals, fee modeling and development, formal presentations and client interviews, MEP engineering project management, performing engineering studies(Coordination, Short circuit, Arc flash, voltage drop)energy efficiency audits, energy consumption analysis, system planning and infrastructure strategy, MV infrastructure master planning, conceptual and preliminary RFP engineering, budgetary construction cost estimates, guaranteed maximum price documents, construction drawings and specifications, quality assurance, construction administration and system commissioning. Michael is an ambitious, focused, motivated leader, passionate senior electrical engineer, who possesses solid military based leadership & best practice engineering experience.
