I began with recording the sound from video games when I was six, to my father’s consternation for taping over his cassettes. In the sixth grade, long before I heard my first Fresh Air episode, I recorded interviews with my friends both in person and over the telephone. The point is a long time ago I got over creating content that nobody wanted to hear “just because” I had the means. Many marketing departments and firms are not there yet. I developed a knack for detecting what would have appeal and what would not, and in the last ten years I’ve honed that skill to create content with a broad appeal. I can entertain the audience, and then they are more likely to stick around to absorb the message. That message needs to to come out clearly, concisely, and accurately. I also deliver that.
