Throughout my career in security, i have worked on almost every aspect from manned guarding to stewarding, close protections to cctv monitoring and door supervision. I have developed a skill set that has allowed me to experience an array of different environments both domestically and internationally. I currently work in a leading alarm receiving centre as a Team leader, supervising 20+ staff at any one time My day to day tasks include but are not limited to the following •Cctv, fire & security alarm monitoring •Mentoring & training current and new staff members •Customer relations - both complaints and queries as well as relations building. •Tracking KPI’s and ensuring ARC compliance is adhered to •All aspects of staff management •Data input (Microsoft office and bespoke software) •Call handling - Alarm & Service •Maintenance of customer accounts and systems •Liaising with engineers, local authorities and external agencies. •Auditing and databasing of systems Over the past few months i have also taken on additional responsibilities with in the company, in the way of SIA Cctv training through the awarding body NOCN. •Training new and existing staff - SIA Cctv licences •Completing both classroom and practical sessions • Invagination of SIA related tests. My current achievements are - Sia CCTV operator - exp - 06 - 2025 Level 3 certificate in learning and development Sia close protections officer - Due for renewal Sia Door supervisor - expired due to cp level 2 in spectator safety - February 2015 level 3 in spectator safety - August 2016 First aid at work intermediate defibrillator compliance - Oct 2021 EMAS FPOS course - November 2021 -
