I effectively communicate both verbally and non-verbally to ensure teams, stakeholders and clients are regularly informed and working towards common goals. I have in depth knowledge of implementing and using various project management methodologies and frameworks, such as Scrum, Lean, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), AgilePM and traditional waterfall, and the pros and cons of applying these tools on projects. I'm open, honest and transparent and face challenges and difficulties head on. I'm not afraid to take responsibility for delivering projects within time and budget constraints and do so by creating compelling visions for projects and inspiring and motivating others. I invests time to understand stakeholders’ interests to clearly identify what is required to ensure the best outcome for the project. Whilst looking at the big picture to anticipate, define and manage risks to ensure a smooth flow of the project. I have excellent knowledge and experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio and SharePoint as well as Jira and TFS to ensure project plans and schedules are clear and available to all team members and stakeholders.
