I'm a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Fitness Coach, Senior Fitness Specialist and hold an Exercise is Medicine Credential from the American College of Sports Medicine. I'm proficient in constructing and implementing a successful exercise program(s) based on individual need and group needs, while mentoring individuals to become healthy, productive, and active, while presenting creative ideas, concepts, and training leading to an overall healthier lifestyle.
