Stonemeadow Partners includes access to a unique network of experienced private equity investors and successful CEO’s of private and public companies. We are focused on partnering with entrepreneurial owners and management teams. Our mission is to provide both capital and leverage in-depth experience working with companies to achieve their growth objectives. We can provide assistance in multiple areas including operations, sales & marketing, acquisitions & new business development, and financing. From 1997-2014, Michael was a Managing Director at Nautic Partners, LLC, a private equity firm based in Providence, Rhode Island. While at Nautic, Michael had various responsibilities for Nautic’s Deal Origination and Investor Relations activities, and was involved in multiple new investments for the firm. He was also the firm's Chief Compliance Officer, and a member of the Valuation Committee. Michael currently serves on the Board of Directors of three Nautic portfolio companies. In addition, Michael currently served as a member of the Board of Trustees of Thayer Academy from 2016-2024. Michael served as Board Chair at Thayer from 2020-2023 and prior to that was Chair of the Building & Grounds Committee. Founded in 1877, Thayer is a 700+ student, independent co-educational day school for Grades 5-12 and is located in Braintree, MA. During his tenure as Board Chair, Michael oversaw the largest capital campaign in school history, the construction of the Thayer Sports Center and a new middle school, the hiring of a new Head of School and the development and implementation of a Strategic Plan for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belong. From 2011-2016, Michael was a member of the Board of Trustees of Charles River School, an independent Pre-K through Grade 8 school in Dover, MA. During his tenure, he served as Co-Chair of the Campus Master Planning Committee, Chairman of the Head of School Search Committee in 2013-2014, and was a member of the Executive, Finance, Audit, Investment and Long-Term Strategic Planning Committees.
