For example, during the early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic, I played a crucial role in assembling a team of Learning Design experts who developed online training modules for healthcare professionals involved in administering the first COVID vaccines. Additionally, I collaborated with a government agency to establish a team of several Blended Learning Design professionals focused on designing interactive and gamified training modules for Australian athletes competing in the Tokyo Olympics. In another project, I identified and recruited 13 Trainer-Facilitators within a week to implement mental health training across a large financial services organisation. This highlights my ability to efficiently connect highly skilled individuals with businesses of all sizes, ensuring the success of various projects.
