I am the owner of a private duty home health agency in Sarasota, Fl, Right at Home, a national franchise providing in home care and assistance primarily to members of our senior community. As the owner I take personal responsibility for ensuring that the senior community we serve receive the best possible in home care and the most highly trained and managed companions and home health aides. As a leader in community activities aimed at improving the quality of life for members of our senior population and having completed a two year term as President, currently serving as: Newly elected member of the national Board of Directors of the Home Care Association of America. Treasurer and member of the Board of Directors of the Sarasota County Aging Network (SCAN) Board of Directors of ITN Sarasota Board of Directors of the Florida Chapter of the Home Care Association of America (formerly the National Private Duty Association). Member of the Community Advisory Board for HealthSouth Hospital. Past President and member of the Board of Directors of the Manatee Aging Network Past President of the Community Resource Council of Manatee County, Member of the Leadership Council of the SunCoast Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association Sarasota-Manatee Jewish Federation’s Senior Task Force. Past member of the Board of Trustees of Temple Sinai in Sarasota Prior to opening the Right at Home office, I spent more than 20 years in senior management positions in the software and consulting services industries. I spent eight years as Founder, President and CEO of JEMTECH Solutions, a professional services document technologies firm and previously served as Executive Vice President and member of the Board of Directors of On-Line Software International, Inc, a NYSE system software company. I began my career practicing corporate and securities law in New York City. I am a graduate of Brown University in R.I, and Rutgers University School of Law in Camden in N.J.
