About Michael Julio

I'm experienced over 6 years in professional banking industry. I began my carrer as a trainee in management development program as a Credit Analyst with rigorous selection process. I gained my firsthand knowledge of banking business as whole after graduated from that program. Following my training, I took a position as Retail Credit Analyst for a year, wherein I was tasked for reviewing credit proposal based on the evaluation of their qualification for working capital and business investation for retail (SME) scale. Besides, I also did a knowledege sharing and socialization to other branches. Presently, for about 5 years, I took a new position as Section Head of Credit Risk Analyst that responsible for reviewing credit proposal or collaboration/joint facility also making recommendation for Corporate segmentation. I also did policy and procedural review and/or making or updating new policies for bankwide scale. The entirety of this experience has provided me with direct involvement in banking business and ability to manage potential risk that could occur during disbursement.
