Responsibilities included managing the the Global PMO team and Project Engineers by providing project planning, implementation work streams, sales goals, profitability goals, on-time delivery to achieve customer satisfaction. • Responsible for owning the P&L, managing cost, schedules and contractual deliverables on projects around the globe by applying project management methodologies. • Responsible for planning, tracking, risk management and change management while managing project resources including engineering, operations and subcontractors. • Ensured corporate policies, processes and workflows were documented and published to key stakeholders. Drove implementation of key project documentation. • Ensure internal and external SLA’s and KPI’s are being achieved. • Provided budget analysis, resource allocation and coordination of project activities that may be across functional areas within the organization. • Developed Program Managers and Project Engineers who built customer relationships based on performance and trust and were in a position to respond to future requirements in a manner that would distinguish us from its competitors.
