PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENTS *Facilitated the Assessment & Authorization (A&A) of the North Florida System Security Plan, partnering with ISSOs to execute vulnerability scans, resolve POA & Ms, and implement NIST-aligned controls across enterprise networks; achieved a 3-year ATO in 2021 - one of only two VISN 8 sites to do so.*Led a $3.05 million technology refresh initiative replacing over end-of-life desktop systems across multiple locations; developed configuration specs, coordinated contracting with VISN 8, and directed installation of 200+ systems and 500+ monitors in initial rollout.*Activated two new VA clinics totaling more than square feet and over $1.5 million in IT assets; expanded capacity for primary care, telehealth, mental health, prosthetics, imaging, and specialty services to improve Veteran access and care delivery.*Championed a rapid-response telehealth infrastructure deployment during COVID-19; procured and launched in communications technology, enabling more than 1,500 virtual patient engagements and sustaining operational continuity across VISN 10.*Planned and led a two-year rollout of consulting and business tools under the VA MISSION Act; deployed enhanced management applications to 18 facilities across the Indianapolis region.
