About Michael K. Oconnell

Mike serves as SVP, Distribution and Business Development for CO/ACTION, a privately-owned, specialty property and casualty insurance company that works across select product and industry verticals, including Property, Casualty, Executive Lines, Multi-line, and Entertainment. In this role, Mike is responsible for driving new and expanded product and growth opportunities working closely with our vertical leaders and teams, and our broker partners. Mike has extensive brokerage and underwriting experience, knowledge, and contacts to drive and develop specialized solutions and offerings for clients and distribution partners. Previously, he held leadership and growth roles at McGill and Partners, WTW, Aon, Marsh, and AIG. Mike has an MBA, Finance - Pace University and Bachelor of Arts, Business Administration - The College of New Jersey. He is also an Advisor Board member for Nourish.nj which creates lasting solutions to hunger, homelessness, and poverty.
