With more than 20 years of project management, supervisory, compliance, and technology implementation and migration experience, my skills and contributions include dynamic team leadership, strategic and operational planning, and system and staff development. That said, my work philosophy begins with the cultivation of value. I like to find ways to help make a difference – and in my opinion, I can best do this by ensuring that every operation, process, or project I manage somehow helps my unit and/or organization operate more effectively and efficiently. I also take pride in leading and mentoring teams – and gain the most satisfaction when I am able to help a colleague or direct report meet a target, solve a problem, or reach a new level of professional success. Building relationships, managing teams, finding creative solutions, and passionately getting things done are the hallmarks of my work.
